Perfect from start to finish. I ordered from out of state for a friend, and my experience couldn't have been better. The day of the delivery, the local weather was horrible and due to the weather noise, the recipient didn't hear the doorbell. I was notified immediately by text and able to get in touch with the recipient. They coordinated directly with my friend's family to keep the bouquet a surprise, but manage delivery despite the weather. Such a dedicated team. Flowers are serious business for those who are struggling, mourning, or even just need a pick-me-up. I loved how the team at Savilles took that into consideration.
