Substitution Policy

Each Savilles arrangement is uniquely designed using the freshest flowers available.

While your arrangement may not match the photo exactly, it will reflect the same style, color palette, and overall look.

Substitutions may be made due to seasonality or availability. When necessary, we will substitute with flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the integrity of the design.

If specific flowers or elements are important to your order, please note them at checkout or contact the shop to confirm availability.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on distance and location and are calculated at checkout once the delivery address is entered.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Rush deliveries

  • Large event or wedding deliveries

  • Deliveries requiring extended time or special handling

Delivery Timing

We do not guarantee exact delivery times.

  • Standard deliveries occur between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • During major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery hours may be extended

  • Requests for specific delivery times are not guaranteed

If timing is critical, please call the shop before placing your order.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.

  • Cutoff times may vary based on volume and season

  • During peak holidays, same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable

Recipient Availability

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available at the delivery address.

If the recipient is not available, we may:

  • Leave the arrangement in a safe, weather-protected location

  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbor (when appropriate)

  • Attempt to contact the recipient

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • The order will be returned to the shop

  • The recipient will be contacted to arrange pickup or future delivery

Saville’s Florist is not responsible for delays resulting from recipient unavailability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

  • Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful

  • Additional charges may apply for rerouting

Savilles Florist is not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information entered at checkout.

Hospital Deliveries

Savilles Florist does not deliver to hospitals.

Due to hospital policies and logistical challenges, including restricted units (such as ICU), frequent room changes, and the uncertainty of hospital staff delivering to the recipient, we are unable to guarantee successful delivery.

Customers may choose:

  • Delivery to a residence

  • Delivery to a workplace

  • In-store pickup

Substitution Policy

To ensure the freshest product and timely delivery:

  • Flowers, containers, and colors may be substituted

  • The overall style, value, and color palette will be maintained

Delivery Notifications

Customers who opt in to text and/or email notifications at checkout may receive updates regarding their order, including:

  • When the order is out for delivery

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Delivery attempt notifications

These notifications are provided as a courtesy to keep customers informed.

Savilles Florist does not guarantee the timing or delivery of notifications due to factors such as carrier delays, system limitations, or incorrect contact information.

Order Completion

Once an order has been delivered or left at the delivery location, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date

  • Requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated due to production and routing schedules

For weddings, events, and large orders, separate contract terms apply.

All Sales Final Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are considered final once the order has been designed, is en route, or has been delivered.

Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Recipient not being available at the time of delivery

  • Orders refused by the recipient

  • Orders returned to the shop due to unsuccessful delivery

In these cases, the order will be held for pickup or redelivery may be arranged.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original form of payment or

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Store Credit Policy

Store credit may be issued at the discretion of Saville’s Florist in place of a refund when appropriate.

Store credit:

  • Will be issued for the value approved by Saville’s Florist

  • Can be used toward future purchases only

  • Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded

  • Must be used within 12 months of issue date

Store credit may be offered in situations including:

  • Approved quality concerns

  • Customer service resolutions

  • Delivery issues where a refund is not warranted
