Saville’s is the best! The quality of the flowers is outstanding as is the customer service. The bouquet was exquisite. I called first thing the day of the wake, and was greeted by a kind staff member. She assured me that the arrangement would be at the funeral home on time. A few hours later I was told by the funeral home it hadn’t arrived. I immediately called Saville’s. The owner himself took my call. He told me it was delivered, and he said he would make a call to the funeral home. The problem was with the funeral home after all, and he called to let me know it was all good. Losing a loved one is stressful enough. I was very appreciative of his help. Going that extra mile makes all the difference. This has been my second time using Saville’s, and I have made it my new florist. Beautiful fresh flowers, fantastic delivery, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Saville’s!
