Terms and Conditions
Program Overview
Petal Points (“Program”) is a customer loyalty program offered by Saville’s Florist (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to reward repeat purchases.
By participating in the Program, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
Enrollment
Enrollment is free.
Customers are automatically enrolled when they provide a valid email address or phone number at checkout or online.
Only one account is permitted per customer.
Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information.
We are not responsible for lost or misallocated points due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Earning Points
Customers earn 1 Petal Point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
Points are calculated based on the pre-tax subtotal only.
Points are not earned on:
Taxes
Delivery fees
Service fees
Tips
Gift cards
Wedding or event orders
Deposits or retainers
Corporate or bulk orders
Orders paid partially or fully with rewards
Points are issued only after the transaction is completed.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Redeeming Rewards
100 Petal Points = $5 off a future eligible purchase.
Rewards may only be applied to orders with a minimum subtotal of $30 (before tax and fees).
Rewards:
Cannot be applied to past purchases
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be used toward taxes, delivery fees, service fees, or tips
Cannot be used to purchase gift cards
Customers must be identified at checkout or logged into their account to redeem rewards.
Redemption availability may vary between in-store and online orders.
Exclusions & Blackout Periods
Rewards and point accrual are not valid on:
Weddings or event orders
Custom or special-order items
Corporate or bulk orders
Blackout dates may apply, including but not limited to:
Valentine’s Day
Mother’s Day
Other peak holiday periods at our discretion
Refunds & Adjustments
If an order is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from the account.
If rewards were used on a refunded order, the corresponding points will be reissued.
We reserve the right to adjust point balances at any time for:
Returns
Errors
Suspected misuse or abuse
Account Rules
Points are tied to a single customer account and cannot be transferred, combined, or shared.
In cases of duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to merge or deactivate accounts.
The shop reserves the right to determine account ownership in the event of disputes.
Fraud & Misuse
Any abuse, manipulation, or misuse of the Program, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, excessive returns, or account sharing—may result in:
Removal of points
Suspension or termination of the account
All determinations of fraud or misuse are made at our sole discretion and are final.
Program Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time, including:
Earning rates
Redemption values
Eligible purchases
If the Program is terminated, all unused points will be forfeited immediately.
General Terms
Points have no monetary value and are not the property of the customer.
Participation in the Program is a privilege, not a right.
We reserve the right to interpret and apply these Terms at our sole discretion.
All decisions made by Saville’s Florist regarding the Program are final.
