Never forget an important birthday again. Choose who you want to celebrate, select their birthday, and we’ll take care of the flowers, this year and every year after. Each birthday, our designers will create a fresh, seasonal arrangement and have it ready for delivery or pickup on the date you choose. We’ll Remember Every Year Choose their birthday at checkout. Your first birthday arrangement is charged when you place your order and scheduled for the date you select. After that, you don't have to remember to reorder. Your subscription automatically renews each year, and you'll be charged 5 days before the scheduled birthday. One signup. One less birthday to remember every year. You remember the people. Your first order is charged at checkout. Future yearly orders are automatically charged 5 days before the scheduled birthday.
You may change or cancel your subscription by contacting Savilles at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery.
If the selected date falls on a holiday or a day we're closed, the order may be scheduled for the nearest available delivery or pickup date.
Delivery fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

1. Subscription Service: Your Never Miss a Birthday subscription includes one flower arrangement each year at your selected tier, scheduled for the birthday date chosen at checkout. Flower varieties, colors, and vase styles may vary based on seasonal availability.

2. Payments & Renewal: Your first order will be charged at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew each year, with future orders charged 5 days before the scheduled birthday using the payment method on file.

3. Modifications: Need to change the recipient, delivery date, arrangement tier, or other subscription details? Please call our shop directly. Changes must be requested at least 5 days before the next scheduled order.

4. Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled order to avoid being charged.

5. Delivery: Delivery fees and applicable taxes are additional. If the selected birthday falls on a holiday, a day we are closed, or another unavailable delivery date, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for arrangements that have already been prepared or delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to make it right.
